Elmak made the line design, mechanical equipments, electrical and control system of the new pattern line in Mersin.
Elmak did also the integration of the robotics.

2000, Trakya Cam (TCS) Luleburgaz TR2 Float Line Modernization Project
Elmak did the modernization of TR2 float line which was originally build by Pilkington in 1990 as a second line.
Redesign and replacement of all electrical and computer related systems is made by Elmak.
Elmak completely changed parts below while the cold maintenance
(2 robot and 1 stacker for J, 2 stacker for ME, 2 stacker for Split size).

1996 TCS-Luleburgaz TR1 Float Line End Horizontal Stacker Automation Project
The modernization of stacking machine which was build by Sodemeca in 1980 and its integration to the new line.
New PLC and computer visualization was designed and implemented.
